This company is horrible. I bought my Littermaid from a Wal-Mart store and it was faulty and didnt work, so I returned it for another, then when it didnt work, I called the littermaid company, and they said I had to basicly destroy the product, sent it back with a s h check and a seperate check to PAY for the product again.
They wanted 6" of the power wire, for me to break the rake and send it in and they wanted all this information on why their product sucked, not that I hadnt told the man on the phone. After my conversation went no where, I took the crappy ole thing BACK to WalMart and got yet another one. I went through 5 of these stupid things and got my $100 back and got a $15 letter box instead. DO NOT waste your money on this product.
