Ripoff cheap product does not last anytime

I bought my Littermaid back in April. It wasn't the quality I expected for the price but figured I would try it anyway. The day after Thanksgiving, it died a slow, and stinky death. It hung with the litter top open and despite following all instructions, there it stayed. Groaning and carrying on. It is NOT worth the price they are asking for it. Half of that would be too much. I was a big fool and got the ramp, tent and large expensive box of containers. This is not a quality product - stay away
