My Nightmare

My husband just got out of the Marine corps and we decided to move to Jackson, TN from Jacksonville, NC. We went on line and started getting quotes and since we didnt have a lot of stuff the quotes were all pretty similar and reasonable. We received one from Flat Rate Movers LLC (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH ATLANTA FLAT RATE MOVERS although if you do a search for Flat rate movers they were who came up with great reviews) That was only a couple hundred lower than the others so we went with them.

Their website has all the major credit card logos and when we spoke to the representative, he took our credit card number and assured us that if we needed to change the card before the move, that would not be a problem.

We were supposed to move on a Saturday, they would drive sunday and deliver monday. They called at 7:30 pm the thursday before saying that they had a mix up and would be there the next morning.
