Sent feeder tha does'nt work

My wife and i bought a bird feeder on line and it did'nt work as advertised. The person who sold it to us said it would take up to six monts for the birds to be able to take the feed and eat it. So we returned it and they took money from it because it got damaged in transit. But it was returned in the same box we got it in, and we got chaged because they did'nt pack it right, we also lost our shipping to and from them.
