Anytime Movers of DFW are a rip off moving company and very unprofessional

I found Anytime Movers of DFW on Craigslist when I needed to have some items moved. I contacted Jon, the manager/owner and made an appointment for them to move my items. He quoted me a price of $45 an hour and a $35 trip charge. I didn't argue, even though his ad on Craigslist quoted $40 and hour anytime.

My move was scheduled for 8pm the following day. The next morning I get a call at 8am and the worker tells me that he was running late. I informed him that the move was for 8pm. He apologized and stated that he would see me this evening. At 8:15 pm, I had not heard from them and when I contacted them, I was told that one of the workers had quit and he was looking for someone to assist him with my move. He accidentally called me back and I overheard his conversation with some woman. It was not a business conversation.

The next day I contacted the manager of the company and complained about how unprofessional the driver was and that my move did not happen. Jon then stated that he had received the report that my move happened. When he called me back he stated that there was a mix up and apologized to me. Jon assured me that if I did decide to do business with him, he would definitely do a good job. I did contact him again to reschedule my move, and he assured me I would not have any problems.

I contacted Jon again and rescheduled my move. My move was scheduled for today and when the driver arrived he stated that the price was $55 and hour with a $30 trip charge. I informed him that this was not correct and he needed to contact his supervisor. After my items were off loaded he again stated that the charge was $55 and hour with the $30 trip charge. He then tells me that the regular price was $60 and hour and I was getting a discount. I informed him that this was very bad business.
