Bad customer service

A couple of things occurred at Lowes which created me choose to never return to this shop. The very first event was after I was taking a look at tones, and noticed one on the ground with unraveling edge. I got it towards the lady in the table and informed her, and he or she said, 'oh, yes that occurs with these,' and not said another term in my experience, switched around and said, 'so what can I actually do for you personally?' to 1 of her co workers. RUDE! The 2nd event was Sunday when my spouse and that I were considering devices. Well, a went right past us, which was THE 2ND worker who dismissed us, and also the lady—who strolled right past us— requested another pair when they might assist them. Can it's since we were an 'older' pair, plus they might have believed they certainly were newlyweds and may be purchasing a much more than we? Anyway they've dropped 2 great clients. Their conduct was inexcusable, and that I do not endure such therapy. I guess the Lowe's workers feel safe that they can possess a work permanently... They wont with this specific type of client service, or even more accordingly, using the insufficient customer service.
