I started a lease with them last month, BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU GET INTO!
They have all these coupons & promises and refuse to honor any of them even though they're printed on the damn door!
The "Free Move In Truck" they promise is actually $100.00, plus about 9 separate charges of randomness. We went to U-Haul on Roosevelt who were more than helpful.
The "First Month Free" coupon on their billboards, website, door, sign, etc. Is not honored. The owner played dumb like she's never applied it before and charged the full amount (Not even prorated?
Of course both of these things were told to me after I had already signed the agreement (which by the way, included the above mentioned services with no mention of surcharges). I was told that the free month would be applied to this month and not to worry about the "mix up".
