Bait & Switch tactics Misleading information to make a sale consumer rip-off fraud

Purchased Dish Network services from a representitive that came to my door. Was told that if I commited to 1 year of a certain level of programming that I would not be charged a transfer fee if I moved during that year.

I committed to the year and 8 months later when I called to schedule the move I was told that it would cost me $75 unless I committed to another year.

After speaking to three customer service reps, they refuse to honor thier promise. They said that I have no proof that I was told that a move would be free and they would not do it unless I committed to another year. I refuse to be taken into another years contract - I made my 1 year commitment and have honored it. I feel they should honor thier part.
