The Preachers House in Gatlinburg, TN seemed so wonderful and helpful at first. I scheduled wedding for October. Seven months prior to my wedding we cancelled our wedding due to a unexpected pregnancy. I understood that my deposit was a non-refundable. Casie advised me that I have one year from my wedding date to use my 300.00 balance (I have emails with this conversation documented). Recently I emailed and left messages to schedule a family photo shoot to use my 300.00 balance. No return calls or emails. Then I received an email from Casie stating that I had one year from my cancellation date not my wedding date and do not contact them about this situation again. I just cannot believe that they can get away with this and treat me like this. I don't know what to do at this point other than write this review to warn people before choosing them for their wedding destination.
