Dont order complaints

Please dont use justflowers.com. I jyst met my father for the first time this past year and his wife. I ordered Flowers to be sent to her home for her birthday. For starters, I was given an amount and my bank was charged another. I called back to dispute the charge and was told there is a phone service to order and the delivery and shipping. What shipping I asked. I was charged $20.00 more than as quoted. They send they would email me a $10.00 coupon. The coupon I received was for $7.50. The delivery was to be between 9 am - 6pm. I called the customers service # around 5pm and asked when the delivery will be. They had to call me back... Tick tock... Tick tock. They called and said the delivery had to be the next day. With no explanation. They again offered a coupon for next purchase. I demand a supervisor, was placed on hold for about 15min. I demanded the delivery or my money back, and this was not up for debate. The non english speaking rep continued to talk and i could not understand one word she said.By the end of the call i was told i would be credited back to my account and was asked "why, was i so upset. I could not believe this was a horrible experience and my step mother did not get her first birthday present from me. I did not get any apologies and the rep kept asking would the folllowing day be ok, I guess they dont understand english or speak it
