Will not cancel my contract

Our home security alarm is included in Safety One. Three or four weeks before I told them I'd prefer to stop my agreement since I have decided to have a computerized payment per month out-of my banking account and also the lender stated I want anything in the organization saying they're agreeing for the termination. I contended using the lender why I'd require anything from their store when this really is my cash, to no avail. Security Oneis worker stated they'd stop it, so far they're still getting cash out-of my bill each month. What must I do to obtain this unethically working organization out-of company?
