Rips off model car builders, now dealing in used phone equipment ripoff

This thief went from ripping off model car builders to selling "used" phone equipment. Read my report on Joel 'Jay' Jarrett and Scalepaintwerx. I would avoid buying anything from this thief on Ebay. It is interesting his real name changes from Jay to Joel and also Joel Cash Jarrett, probably to avoid the people he has ripped off.

Don't let his positive feedback on Ebay fool you. It is the transactions away from ebay that he has ripped off people. Ebay is just a front for his dishonest ways. He is also too chicken sh* to respond to my accusations, therefore I am correct.
