Dawn Carl Liar, Fraud, Criminal, TOTAL RIPOFF

This woman is a total fraud. Her name is Dawn Carl and she runs a business called All Things Genealogical—all run on-line. She had good reviews, but I am sure these are all as bogus as she is. After giving her a large deposit for a genealogical research project, she started calling me at all hours demanding more money for all the work she had to do. I ran a background check on her and discovered an extensive criminal history including Grand Theft. She does not have a BA in History as advertised on her website. She is rude and abusive and threatened me with collection. I regret giving her any personal information and what little work she did was cut and pasted from the internet—total fraud scammer and not a nice lady.
