Ollies.com Credit Card Charged But Order Never Shipped

I ordered from this vendor on 7/24 and never received my order. I called and was told it should ship in a few weeks and to read the help FAQ. It now is 5/28 and i still have not received my order. I have never received an email or phone call with an update either.

I have been busy and the matter had slipped my mind until recently. So here i am doing a follow up but feel i will not get my item or refund. I am going to pursue this further and will update this report if i accomplish anything.
