Skate shoes destroyed within seconds

I recently bought a set of Middletown Grey/Crimson sneakers by Zoo York from Kohls. The shoes are plainly described "Skate Shoes" within the boot area, but after skating inside them for around 30 seconds, a gap cut within the aspect and reduce my base available. I've never had any issues with additional "skate shoes" carrying this out before, and today Iam not able to skate due to the firing pain in my own right-foot, brought on by these poorly-made shoes. I'd just like a reimbursement for them.
