Shoes - manager rude

I bought a SHAQ LACE shoes #466008060079 for my son from store# 2795, trans# 8077. Then on 05/29 I went Back to the store at 7:30pm to see if the manager can do any thing with the shoes after my son show me the bottom of the shoe it has holes just after 19 days from the date of purchase. But the worker and the manager they were very rude and they said we can't do any thing for you because it looks like your son was skate bording or riding a bike and drag his foot on the ground but my son he doesn't have a skate bord or a bike, and I trold them that but they didn't believe me and they didn't even replace it with onother shoes, just wondering what kind of shoes that doesn't hold for only 19 days, any way Iam very disappointed with the store and the manager who runs that store because he thinks he just lost me as a customer, any way he dosn't care because he gets his check no matter what, so Iam hoping for the main office to fix this problem before i start to tell more than 4000 customer they visit my bussines and I will send u a picture of the shoes and the reciept to show u every thing. Any way you lost me as a customer and thats mean u could loose hundreds more in the future. I own my own bussines and I alwas tell my employee Iam ready to loose 10 employee but not loosing one customer.
