What a sham. Unknown

My experience with this retailer was difficult from the get-go. After sending me a difficult to read invoice on which the charged amount listed did not match that on my bank statement, they failed to send me any confirmation of shipment or method for tracking.

I emailed the address posted on their website, the only means listed for contacting their customer service department, and received an inaccurate shipping number which did not allow for me to follow the package.

Upon receipt of the package, I discovered that not only had it come from China, which had been entirely undisclosed, but it also contained a pair of glasses which neither matched the photo nor the description that had been given on the website.

Now, I'm in a struggle to get back in contact with them for a refund. I've sent three email messages, each increasingly urgent, and all have gone unanswered. I've made a more recent attempt to contact a company in the US that looks as though it may be affiliated with this website, but have also yet to hear from them.

Do yourself a favor and do not send them any business.
