Fraud, fake company

I ordered a pair of Uggs from uggdiscountboots.com on Jan. 12 because they were at a great price. I assumed because it said the website was secure that they could be trusted. Not the case.

They charged my credit card instantaneously but did not send me a receipt to my email like it said they would. Because of that I had no receipt number for future tracking. The "Express Mail Courier" that they used "EMS" emailed me a tracking link to see where my package was. It was coming from China. EMS does not have any American phone numbers and no other way to contact them. It said they attempted delivery. However, I have yet to see the boots.

When I went back to the website to see if they could track my package, the only contact they had was for a hotmail address uggdiscountboots@hotmail& slightly unprofessional. I emailed a request to be contacted with answers to where my boots were. I got a failure message that the email address was unavailable.

So now I am $112.99 out and I feel completely robbed.
