Screwed up

I requested St. Augustine lawn from Lawn 4 Purchase. They stated it had been too soon to become cut. They stated my purchase was imminent.

I called three times to confirm the anticipated shipping day. They ultimately stated it had been time for you to slice the lawn.

BUT my order have been ended. It'd been over per month since I have had requested. I'd have to reorder. I told them my purchase was in pending position. No, have to reorder.

I tried to reorder, however the discount had fallen from 15% to 10%. The delivery had increased from $9.99 to over $50. After I named to protest, they demonstrated no problem and wouldn't recognize the initial purchase.
