This can be a fraud using stolen creditcard info.
The scammer connections Avon Representatives (among others) and locations a sizable order:

The products are delivered to some postoffice container (or comparable) where the scammer teaches a delivery organization (DHL, advantages etc) to get the products and deliver to Nigeria
