No website to win iPod or 1000.$ as advertised on back of dollar tree receipt. False advertisement

My receipt said to go to www.dollartreefeedback.com and there is no website there to sign up to win an iPod or 1000.$. What is going on with this? This is false advertisement. My email is. Dunn981debbie@yahoo.com. Would u have the courtesy of emailing me back and tell me where the real website is? Thank you
