Poor customer service!

Sticks n Material in Huntsville, Al. I visited the shop today buying brown leather sofa and 2 recliners. I came across a sofa like I needed and also the seat that went with it'd a split in it and that I informed the salesman when they had a different one I'd purchase it. He went and examined and stated there is yet another. And so I visited the table and taken care of it. There have been no recliners that I preferred but I thought I really could have them elsewhere.

Then after waiting about 30 mins. They arrived and explained they mightnot locate them. That they'd was the main one having a split within the seat. I told the salesman when they'd come off the cost I'd consider the sofa. He returned inside and remained several mins. And got back and stated all-they might do was provide my cash back.

The so-called supervisor wasn't good whatsoever. He really was rude in my experience. The salesman that waited on me was excellent and useful, but I'dnot purchase other things from their website. (I've purchased there before this). The cost was $894.00 to get a sofa along with a split seat. I continued to Large Tons and discovered a sofa and 2 recliners for $1123.00. I'll ensure that I allow everybody I understand how I had been handled there.
