Sold magazines and did not deliver

I ordered 2 subscriptions to a magazine for $50 on July 22nd 2010 from two saleswomen (one in training) who came to my door.in December I had not received my magazines and called the number on my order, 856-728-3285. I was greeted by a rude and unproffesional women who could not find the order. I was told it could be re-processed or I could request a refund in writing. I guess I took the lazy way out and requested that it be re-processed. My mistake; as it is now May and no magazines and the phone number is disconnected. My check was cashed don 7/29/10.

I have sent an e-mail to info@offbeatservicesinc.com requesting a refund but don't expect any response. Especially since other reports indicate the checks bounced. If I see a refund maybe I will call the bank first to check for sufficent funds.

Off-beat and the high level employees (I have no ill will against the actual saleswomen). Thanks for your integrity. I am surprised that I am actually surprised by being taken.
