credit card charged with out approval

I have been having trouble finding work since I got layed off about a year ago so I thought I'd give it a shot at being a mistery shopper but instead of helping me make some well needed money these ppl took it uppon themselfs to charge my credit card $49.95 twice in about a week & a half from me signing up, thing is I was never told about the additional charge plus I never even logged on to the site since luckly I was able to find temp work, I called & tried to keep my cool in hopes I could get them to at least possably refund one of the $49.95 charged to my card but they refused to do so & I'm only Praying they stop taking money out of my already very small accout.
