They named 3 hours before scheduled examination to express they've 'complex problems' and cannot provide examinations. Their online talk never is on, they consider 3 times to reply e-mail and that I've been keeping 38 moments in a line to reschedule. Not just is that this a waste of my professional period, I'm medically not able to generate and thus possess a chosen driver at $391 for that trip towards the screening heart that I'm today caught with spending. They promote 'first class support' - they provide no service - it will not consider this lengthy to obtain a telephone call responded, a check re scheduled plus they must purchase engineering that regularly operates. I had been not provided every other nearby screening site-so that I really could maintain my trip unchanged and obtain this examination taken today. I'd like complete reimubursement for my tripis price and that I wish to re schedule in a regular manner - unreal. Horrible support.
