Damaged Good & Delivery Mayhem

The PODS encounter was significantly less than appealing. The transfer in the east shore towards the westcoast led to a damaged Television display (that we stuffed perfectly). The vehicle driver in Bay Area dropping-off the pot chose to bump the pot together with his vehicle to "drive" it into position. It was insane, but I thought he understood what he was doing. He set a sizable gash within the POD and smashed my Television. I place in a state, which after 45 times, PODS pretended the pot had no harm and got no obligation. The motorists, client service people and insufficient responsiveness from PODS overall was horrible considering I invested over $3000 for that support. A brand new, greater organization must develop with tougher customer support, control and insurance for insane motorists who fall and push your issues around. Pity on PODS for cheating the pot had no problems. Our pictures show it however they do not care. Watch out for pods.
