Overcharge, charge for nothing

Charge $45 to turn on the sewer Charge $45 to turn on the water, that was already on... Ok, read the meter. Two weeks service $158, $90 for turn on... OH GOD what is the real monthly bill going to be? Called customer service, what a chitty attitude they had. They probably hear it all the time. This company is NOT listed on BBB. Love our new home except for these yanks overcharging us folks here in Texas. Yes, their based up north and are probably union, hence the charges.
