This company is a joke! Horrible customer service! Unreliable techs and a paid off bbb to get them an A rating. Ran by the most greedy person in the united states Syed Ali. Never pays sales guys for there work. I Did over 150,000 in revenue and made maybe 2% of that. Most ALarm companies pay between 400 500 a deal you are lucky to make 100. When you do get paid its like a scrath off lotto ticket you never know what your going to get. Nobody there knows anything they should just sell there buisnees to adt. The owners son brags about how much money he makes and the condo his dad is going to buy in beverly hills. I think he can aford doing this buy riping off his sales team. Syed Ali cant keep his word or integrity! Dont ever work for this company or get an alarm system from them. If he cant keep his word with the sales team how can he with his customers. They have an office in st petersburg florida for now till they shut down because all there tecs are in fort myers and Ali does'nt want to invest his money for serviceing he just wants his condo in beverly hills. If They do manage to stay afloat there sales guy or guys wont get paid what they are owed. He still owes me over 1,000$ which I probably wont see. He will probably use that to take his personal assistant out for dinner and a weekend in las vegas. Family owned and operated what happens when the 2nd or third generation will take over. Whatever bad buissness he creates it will pass down to his children that were spoon fed to age 18. I hope people will make the right choice when applying for this company or geting an alarm system.
