Not that which was requested

Anybody considering buying out of this organization SIGNIFICANTLY must BE WARNED! I requested 2 ATV for my kids before Christmas. Paid $1500 using the $100 x-2 additional delivery costs and $100 x-2 rush costs to reach by Holiday. They found its way to time-but you know what I acquired? NOT WHAT I REQUESTED! No base wheels! The ATVis requested were to become fresh Hanma ATV with base wheels. Therefore we invested the full time starting the containers and constructed to show them for Holiday and quickly discovered both weren't what we requested. These don't have any base wheels for my kids. One had a damaged top stand that evidently was a return since the products were removed plus one wheel had a broken-off stripped mess in which a move bolt must be. Another has scores all around the front-end and wont keep working. I named them soon after and was informed these were 'on vacation till following the 1st of the entire year'. We attempted beginning equally and went one for around 10 units and also the back wheel got so warm the wheels launched a terrible burning smell. Then your rear wheels wouldn't change. The Next ATV never slept working. I called and named, emailed images and exposed work-order passes and was informed given that they were 'from the ATV I requested they've the best to displace by having an equivalent or improved ATV'. Additionally they stated 'SHOULD YOU OPEN THE CAGE YOU CAN'T RETURN THE ATV' Properly the ATV they stated they offered me 'an update to some fresh Hanma ATV -09' on nevertheless had no base brake. Consider the site. It obviously exhibits a footbrake which is just why I bought them. Clearly I obtained obsolete remaining ATVis. Good huh? Since January 8th I've not noticed back from their website as though I'd simply disappear. Every response is 'we are considering it' Well below we're May-10 2009 but still the Next ATV never went and also the 2nd can only just be ridden for 10 minutes before rear wheels secure. I dont suggest the corporation or their items to anybody! Beware! Dont open the crate or you keep it whether they send you the incorrect item!
