SAIA, the shipping company uncrated a motorcycle being delivered to us and added fuel to it. I am assuming this was for them to take a test spin. This was apparently done at their Lexington, Kentucky facility.

According to the shipper; the motorcycle left crated and was empty of fuel leaving California.

The manufacturer is very reliable and we have never had problems with other carriers

It arrived uncrated and fully fueled.

Whatever you do; do not use these people as bulk freight shippers.

We are appalled that a bulk rate company would open up a customers package and borrow it.
