Portraitmasters had a unit put up in Chesterfield Towne Center Mall, Chesterfield County, VA on 3/26. The consultant, Renee Hinton (757-419-4870), provided a Great Opening Unique bundle to get pictures for $20.00 in a business next door. I offered her $20.00 money, and he or she supplied me having a card using the sum paid. Renee suggested she'd contact me to setup a scheduled appointment which I'd before center of May to consider the pictures. She never named to setup a scheduled appointment, as guaranteed. I approached the amount about the card (877-228-5269) on May 4 to setup a scheduled appointment. I had been educated that Portraitmasters no further had a business within the Chesterfield County, Virginia region by April 30 which the nearest area could be in Virginia Beach. I required a reimbursement because of the length of 2.5 hours away. I had been known Larry, the dog owner (904-347-9959). He suggested that Renee was a completely independent company which I had a need to obtain a reimbursement from her. I approached Renee Hinton on May 9, and he or she explained that I had a need to consult with Larry. I informed her that I'd previously voiced to Larry, and delivered him 2 emails. She subsequently suggested that she'd contact him as well as for me to contact her back. I again named Larry to ask, and he insisted that Renee was the one who needed to reunite the money, as he didn't obtain the money. I named Renee, and he or she suggested that she didn't understand why Larry might tell me that. Essentially, I had been obtaining the runaround. Subsequently, Renee suggested that there have been no discounts. I bought this face bundle using the intention to make use of the business in my own region. It's uncommon to request a person to generate 2.5 hours when it was not the initial contract. I find help in receiving a complete refund.
