Salon Joseph
Very unprofessional staff, very dirty shop, very rude and arrogant staff!

After walking in "Salon Joseph" in Boynton Beach for the first time, I now know I'll never go back. I stopped in to get just a basic man's haircut, nothing out of the ordinary, just a trim up basically. At first, I couldn't tell if someone was even working or not, as no one was in the front. All I could hear was yelling and arguing in the back of the shop. After about 8 minutes of waiting, I was finally greeted with a woman who seemed annoyed to have a customer. After huffing and puffing, she grabbed a broom and finally said "can I help you?" I then just asked to quickly use the restroom. She then replied "well, will you be doing business with us?!", seeming very annoyed. "I plan on it", I stated. She pointed out where the bathroom was, and I went in.
I opened the door to the bathroom, and what I saw almost sent me into shock! The bathroom was so disgusting, I got nauseous and was about to throw up. There was feces everywhere! It looked like someone placed their thumb over the end of a garden hose and sprayed diarrhea throughout the walls, the mirror, all around and inside the toilet, the floor, even the sink!"Why would someone not clean this up?!", I said out loud. Needless-to-say, I turned around and left.
When I came out, I told the woman that her restroom needs to be serviced, and she blatantly ignored what I said. I was told "sit down if you want a haircut". Desperately in need of a haircut, I hesitantly sat down. The woman didn't even ask me what I wanted, she just started clipping away furiously at my hair. She carved divets and craters in my head before I finally said that's enough. I made her stop, and told her "I'm all done coming here". Without even questioning why, she said "ok, i'll ring you up at the counter". I went up, expecting it to be around 15 dollars or so. When the words "35 dollars" came out of her mouth, I almost had a stroke! I could not believe how much it was! I let her know how dissatisfied I was with my experience, but she didn't seem to care. Not only did I have to be 35 bucks, but she only accepted CASH!"Why cash only?", I asked. "That's the way it is", she responded. I paid her in cash and told her on my way out "This place SUCKS!", and I peeled out in my car and left.
