CMC sends unsolicated Green Gobble

CMC shipped us many unsolicated gallons of drain cleaner, Green Gobbler, and then demands payment. They claim we ordered 45 gallons of the stuff in but we didn't. Although we paid several hundreds of dollars for an initial delivery, they keep coming back to us, claiming that "the rest" of our order was delayed because of a derailing, and has been held up because of an insurance claim, but now it's ready, and we have to accept it. This scam is running over two years!
