About a month and a half ago I was applying for payday loans on line and somehow I got hooked up with Elite Gold Club that way. They took out $89.87 from my account. I called them with the phone number my bank gave me and they said to fax over a copy of bank statement and print out and they will refund my money. I did and they didn't do their part and now they are saying they never took money from me and they owe me nothing. They refuse to let me talk to a supervisor and/or someone in billing. (Their fax number is 408 718 7484 I did not enter it on the proper box)
