Never accepted collect call

I keep receiving communications out of this organization declaring that I've a superb statement to get a collect phone. I've never approved a collect phone and my house telephone doesn't permit these costs. And so I want to understand when and just how this occurred and just how did they confirm the individual about the telephone was me, did they request any ssi quantity. Iam arguing this statement.
