My partner got a phone out of this organization in June these were supplying a good deal to change from Vodaphone togo with lemon, they guaranteed to pay for termination costs etc, subsequently in September Vodaphone were payment people due to their firing charge, clearly we believed this have been compensated and so I approached Geko Primary who stated they'd deliver us a check for that quantity, we went forward and resolved the statement with Vodaphone ourselves, since that time I've needed to continuously contact geko Diect to discover where our check is, I talk to 2 girls Particularly plus they inform me they just perform a check work monthly, along with a fund representative needs to signal it down before it may be released. Every month it appears some justification arrives he was not able to do that, however it could be categorized out the following month, They guarantee to contact me and I would like to understand what is occurring, however it is me that's to contact them, within the last 3 weeks I've been calling nearly every evening, the assistant is not able to place me through-but claims they'll contact me back, they never do.
