I purchased plants from you flowers.com. I paid-for Sunday or Saturday shipping for Moms morning and was certain they'd allow it to be within the weekend. I had been unable to monitor my purchase online, the purchase quantity and-or current email address wasn't acknowledged. Saturday morning the shipping wasn't shipped and that I named. I had been informed they'd find the issue and obtain back again to me. They never returned in my experience. Mon I named and was informed the florest was hectic plus they might find the purchase and obtain back again to me, used to donot obtain a phone or E-Mail. I named on Wednesday and also the opperator had no idea exactly what the issue was and discovered the handle was incorrect. No-call no present to repair the issue. They questioned basically desired to "cancell".

Simply awful. Set me within an poor placement on Moms time! Won't ever use their support again. They've no criticism procedure! I wonder why?
