Ripoff scam

I see this Company has a bad reputation, well they got me to, My first call was answered by a woman who couldn't speak english, I told her my leather sofa was damaged on the armrest, 3 deep gouges spliting the hide, after the third degree hoping I would say something to void my warranty she puts me on hold, gets back on the phone and tells me I'm not covered for scratches because the armrest is not WOOD...

I asked for a manger and she hung up. I called the store who sold me this scam and they told me I am covered and spoke to a rep. Call back again. So I did only to be told this time my 5 days are up and I'm not covered!!!

My calls were made sat. Then next sat. Because I was waiting for the store to call back.
