Ripoff It has been hell and it gets worse and worse everyday

I noticed that I had at the bottom of the website for my acct "Do not send payment, an automatic withdrawal will be deducted from your acct on 2/13/04 in the amt of $125.85." I usually pay them by check but for them to pull a stunt like this was beyond me. I calmly told them that I never set this up. Of course they said I had to have "accidentally" made the selection on line.

I made a payment through the "one time payment" option and that went through fine with a confirmation which was printed out. I faxed it to them and they still told me that the automatic withdrawal will not be removed from my acct until 2 to 3 billing cycles. Which means they will bill me for something I never signed up for until their system is ready to stop. I had to go to my bank and put a stop to this which cost me $20. Hmmmmm, do u think they will reimburse me my $20 for their negligence? They are sickening. And you would think being with a company for 4 years would make a difference. It has been hell and it gets worse and worse everyday.

If I pulled out of the contract early, I'll get charges up the ying yang and would not be able to keep my same number of 4yrs. I hate sprint!
