From 1996 to they claimed to be "Bilafer Landscaping Co, Inc". They were never
incorporated. Ads for this company name in NH and MA are everywhere online. The name
was painted on company trucks... But there was no company. Look at the corporations
websites for both states. Past and rejected filings are available too... There was never any
filing. From about they were "Live Free Or Die Holdings, LLC" (of Naashua, NH). Again, there was no LLC incorporated. Moore claims to be a realtor... But neither she nor her partner have ever had a license in either state... That information is online too, including past licenses.

The NHRE website was registered to Moore, and she used it to sell a home in Nashua.

After several years of bad publicity they finally incorporated, many years after the fact, in but the filing is BOGUS. The name of one full partner was left off the filing (Moore), and they are lying about the registered agent. NH mandates that an attorney is listed, so they simply fraudulently insterted the name of a Nashua attorney who is not their agent.

He has stated on the record that he is not their agent, that he has asked them to cease, and that they never even asked him.in fact he has stated that he charges a fee for this service, and that the whole matter is therefore objectionable to him.

Evidence of this past website will soon be available on a filehosting site online, but complaint will not allow thes files to be placed here. There are many documents to confirm all of these facts.
