Between 6: thirty - 7:30pm today I obtained what I believed was a collect phone from the member of the family.
After given the required info, I had been disconnected. I never talked using the individual about the different end-of the phone call. I'll not spend the $17.95 cost I had been recommended it'd charge for 60 miinutes or any part thereof.
I've documented this case to my local Verizon support and certainly will no further take telephone conversation from your own organization.
