Unauthorized Charges

On may 1st there is a deceptive cost on my creditcard. I called them immediately, they explained to call the business the charge was designed to, they explained to call my card organization back again to filea state and again the explained to call the business the cost visited. I've been returning and forth with this and am getting nowhere. The quantity of the money isn't the problem it's the main that noone wants or knows how to deal with these statements. After i askto talk to a since i will never undersand the client service rep. I'm they just pass me to a different repetition. I'm getting sick and tired of the returning and forth and ready to get an attorney consider this for me personally. The organization the the charge was to can be an adult catalog order center for adam and event, plus they are as stupd whilst the credit card organization.
