Nation w online Sold me a fake ad for menus for a local eatery

I had just starteed a new business and of course needed some inexpenxive advertising. NWM called and solicited for a menu ad for D'Leons dining facilities and guaranteed it would be at all 7 locations in Lincoln Nebraska. After waiting several months and inquiring at several of the locations none of them knew anything about take out menues with ads.
NWM will not return phone calls of emails etc. Looks like I am out 169.90 for being a sucke
