Charges appear on Verizon bill for services never ordered

Like others who have filed complaints against this company, I took a closer look at my Verizon phone bill and discovered a $6.95 month charge from this company for unspecified services. Tried to call Verizon but their systems are down. Tried to call Integrated voice services and their message said to call back later. This is a not infrequent scam, I guess. I will file a complaint with the FTC and FCC.
