NO defensive instict - Fraudelent charges - Encourages lying to a Judge!

Michael Ziton should NOT be hired if you are innocent and looking for a defense attorney. His instinct is to plea, even if it means lying to a judge, so he can collect a quick fee. We looked to him for legal advice and he got us into so much trouble we had to hire another attorney to undo the damage HE caused - upwards of $1,000, 000! On top of that he fraudulently over-charged a credit card $15,000 - even when we had a signed contract that was paid in full! He told us "No one wins agains the government" so, he implied we should lie to a judge because "it's the outcome that matters". Had we never gone to him for advice we would be so much better off financially. If we had stuck with him and his advice we would be in prison for perjury. He has NO defensive instict! He is fraudulent. He is very unprofessional.

He pursued a conflict of interest by representing two of us, so he could charge more, but only represented one of us as we had different ideas of how to proceed. One person paid all the fees but got NO representation because he was busy dealing with the other person who captured all his attention. I cannot imagine a more unprofessional, corrupt attorney in Arizona.
