Perjury and invalid lease Ripoff

In 1986, William H Heafner drew up a residential lease for his father L. Hal Heafner on an acre of land in Ashe county NC. This lease although registered and legal was said to be a "vehicle" to get government money by his brother James Heafner in writting, in short a fraud a scam.

This lease also included a clause pertaining to the lease payment of 1 dollar a year to secure this contract but I was later told this was insufficient to secure a contract and make it legal. Later William H Heafner, on one of the occasions where I was dragged before a Judge at the Ashe County courthouse, perjured himself by saying "Yes, he drew up a lease but it wasn't the one I had. A Judge, Edgar Gregory then issued a court order that my registered lease WAS never registered although it had both notary seals and the seal of the State of NC on it.

In short, I feel an attorney who cannot draw up a lease as anything except a "vehicle to fraudulently obtain Government money that is not worth the paper it is written on is an attorney I would not hire to write up a DOG LICENSE for me and should not even be practcing law let alone lying before a judge in a court of law. What is worse is this attorney, and his brother both went on to claim they did NOT know me or know why I was living on their father's property, in short once again lying. Please avoid using this attorney for anything since with his short memory he might just forget who you are before those papers are filed.
