Got ripped off by Timeshare Express Services

This company guaranteed me that they had a buyer for my timeshare and the person signed a contract agreement that they could not get out of. Well, guess what! They took my money and I send paperwork to them several time, (emailed and mailed) which were properly noterized. First they said the paperwork should be completed in a month, then they said the cycle was missed and I would be processed next month, this bull went on for 4 - 5 months. They once said the paperwork was being processed. Well, for the past 5 months, they no longer answer the phone. Please never deal with this company, and never give them money up front, like I stupidly did.
