Time Share Express Services
Took money upfront to sell timeshare. No answers/no sale. Claim they don't get faxes. Website is closed down. Will not receive mail. They are now a "green"company

We have been burned by Time Share Express Services. After giving them $1800.00 they reported that within 48 hours they had a buyer for our timeshare property! The amount the buyer was willing to pay was astonishly high for our economic times. It seemed too good to be true. It was!
We started dealing with them in July and we are now in December and hoping we wouldn't have to pay next year's maintenance fees but the company "doubts they can get the deal done before the end of the year"
We have sent them everything they have requested of us. We've had papers notorized and we have waited. When we call to see about why we haven't heard anything, they say they never got the faxes! We fax again. We mail them! The same is true about the resort never getting the paperwork they need to fill out.
The entire holdup accoring to Time Share Express is that our resort is not releasing the information about whether we are up to date on our maintenance fees and that we have fully paid for our week. Our resort is so willing to cooperate but they have nor received anything from Time Share Express. I mailed the forms we had to the resort and they have tried faxing the paperwork back to the resort but, of course, TSE never received it! We cannot mail anything to them because they are now a "green" company and only operate by phone and fax! Their website is now closed as well!
Do we have any recourse?
