Terrible Customer Service

Your visit was for 1pm and we closed in with no one actually recognized us. We have there been from 12:45 until 3:45 P.M. The guy that required our images was definitely excellent, it had been simply the truth that there is just 2 persons operating the whole display. If we'd've gotten the girl then we'd've possibly quit or not got any images whatsoever. About the evening of pick up, endured in-line for half an hour without everyone recognizing us. After 5-10 units there is about 5 additional clientis behind me waiting likewise. No body may even state we'll be along with you in a couple of minutes weare having a client at this time. The guy completed together with his client and set them up using the viewing of the images and arrived right to people and was excellent and fast. The woman lay together with her client the whole period while she was taking a look at her pictures. All she'd to complete is display the client just how to make use of the keyboard to check out the images and inform her that she'd be straight back, that she would aid other clients which have been waiting FOREVER! Another people who were obtaining their images completed whenever we are there, stated that the girl was the supervisor filling out and he or she did not understand what she was doing. They wound up not obtaining some of their images simply because they were so poor. Ostensibly boils down to, the shop wants more customer support representatives (someone to welcome client and two or three individuals to get images while there is 3 areas). Eliminate the girl and perhaps issues will be a little better. Won't ever return there again or every other Sears Pictures along side many more that I had been speaking with that have the same manner. Best of luck!
