First Consumer's National Bank
Is adding overlimit fees after I entered debt consolidation. I'm unable to contact them via phone/email. Ripoff!

In may we started a debt consolidation program which included first consumer national bank. Ever since then we have been charged overlimit and late fees till now. We have tried to contact them several time with different phone numbers and email addresses with no success.

In May our balance was $651. Now it is $1057. Even our debt consolidation group has been unable to contact them. Maybe our only response to is to pay off the whole balance, a difficult idea, but they will probably still charge overlimit and late fees. Ha. Ha.
